`GET /api/v1/contacts/lookup`

## Query parameters

- `email` string, nullable
- `email_contains` string, nullable — Substring match on stored email value (case-insensitive).
- `email_domain` string, nullable — Suffix match on '@<domain>'. Leading '@' is tolerated.
- `phone` string, nullable
- `phone_contains` string, nullable — Substring match on stored E.164 phone value.
