`GET /v1/admin/source-connections/catalog`

## Request

The connectable catalogue: every `sources[]` entry of every pack the tenant has (builtin and installed, with its consent state), each with an `availability` — `ready`, `disabled` (the connector’s SOURCE_KIND switch is off), `missing` (this build ships no such connector), `agent` (stdio MCP, local-agent host) or `external` (the publisher pushes) — and the connector’s static `configExample` / `credentialHint`; plus the shipped connectors with their switches and the two operator fences (`fsRoots`, `egressAllowPrivate`). Read-only; never runs a connector, never reveals a credential. Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until `SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1`.
