`GET /v1/admin/source-connections/browse`

## Request

The folder picker for server-host connections: without `path`, the jail roots; with one, its subfolders (hidden, VCS and build directories left out, symlinks never followed) and a count of files. A path outside the jail, or any path when no jail is set, is refused. Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until `SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1`.

Required scope: `brain:admin`.
