# The connection’s catalogue

`GET /v1/admin/source-connections/{id}/items`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://brain.inite.ai`

One row per external item the connection has seen — identity by location (`externalId`), the revision last enumerated vs the one the stored content was fetched at, the document / asset / episode it produced, and its state (`seen` | `fetched` | `indexed` | `gone`). Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until `SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1`.

Required scope: `brain:admin`.
