# Yank a published version

`POST /v1/admin/registry/packs/{packId}/{version}/yank`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://brain.inite.ai`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Marks a version as not-installable (existing installs keep working). The version stays visible in the history, flagged.

Required scope: `registry:publish`.

## Response `201`

Yank state after the call.

  - `yanked` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or unknown bearer key.
- `403`: The key lacks the required scope.
- `404`: No such resource in this tenant.
