# Upload a PDF or PowerPoint and make a slideshow from it

`POST /v1/slideshows/pdf`

Identical to `POST /v1/slideshows/pptx`: accepts either `.pptx` or `.pdf` (`multipart/form-data`, a `file` part up to 100 MB, optional `title`). Kept as a separate, self-describing path for callers uploading a PDF export. A PDF skips the PowerPoint conversion and renders faster.
