# Delete a slideshow (screens playing it go blank)

`DELETE /v1/slideshows/{id}`

Destructive: deletes a slideshow. Its schedules are removed and any screen paired to it stops showing it, so check `screens` on `GET /v1/slideshows/{id}` and confirm with the person first. There is no undelete through the API.
