# Make a copy of a slideshow

`POST /v1/slideshows/{id}/clone`

Copies a slideshow within the workspace: its file, every slide, and their settings and rules. No body. Returns the copy (201), which no screen plays until you schedule it, so it is a safe place to try changes before swapping it onto a screen.
