# Show or hide a slide only at certain times, days or dates (e.g. show until 6 January)

`PUT /v1/slides/{id}/conditions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://infoslides.app`
- URL: `https://infoslides.app/v1/slides/{id}/conditions`
- Auth: none declared

Replaces a slide's own visibility rule, e.g. "only show the breakfast menu before 11", "show until 6 January" (`..2027-01-06`), "only during December" (`2026-12-01..2026-12-31`), or "hide the Christmas slide after December 26" (`2026-12-27..`). Never promise to delete later — set a date condition instead. Each condition is a `type` and `value`: `time` `08:00-11:00`, `weekday` `Monday,Tuesday`, `date` `2026-12-01..2026-12-24` (inclusive; either end may be left open, e.g. `2026-12-27..` or `..2027-01-06`), or `data_trigger` `{sourceId}`, `{sourceId}:empty` or `{sourceId}:contains:{text}`. `mode`: `show` (default, show only while the conditions hold) or `hide` (hide while they hold). `match`: `all` (default) or `any`. An empty list clears the rule. Rules set on the web page appear on the slide as `rules` with `readOnly: true` and are not changed by this call.
