# POST /recentTopics/record

`POST /recentTopics/record`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://docs.infor.com/api/v2`
- URL: `https://docs.infor.com/api/v2/recentTopics/record`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Records a topic visit for the authenticated user. If the href already exists for this user, it is moved to the most recent position and its title is updated. If it is a new href, it is inserted at position 0 (most recent). A maximum of 5 entries is enforced — the oldest entry is discarded if the limit is exceeded.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — missing required fields (productCode, href, or title)
- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid session / bearer token
- `500`: Internal server error — infrastructure or DynamoDB failure
