# Bulk delete encodings.

`DELETE /2/vod/channels/{channel}/encodings`

Deletes encodings specified in the request associated with the provided channel.

## Path parameters

- `channel` integer, required

## Query parameters

- `encodings` string, required — A list of items, (either comma separated or as an array) (no duplicates) with the following rules: <note><bold>1</bold>: Identifier of an existing Encoding</note>
