# Receive WhatsApp Identity Change Notification

`POST receive-whatsapp-identity-change-notification` (webhook)

Receive notification about end user's identity change. Feature is not enabled by default.

  - `from` string: Registered WhatsApp sender number.
  - `content` D1778b306237beb41d9922fd3fd38c085ddcf463c618d1f8ceed148892c3020dSystemEvent
    - `description` string: Description of the event.
    - `hash` string: Identity hash.
    - `type` 'user_identity_changed': Indicates type of system event forwarded.
    - `userNumber` string: End user's number. Must be in international format.
    - `userId` string: Business-scoped user ID (BSUID) assigned by Meta. Stable identifier for the end user, scoped to the receiving business.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Tells when the event occurred. Has the following format: `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ`.

## Acknowledgement `200`
