# Receive seen reports

`POST receive-omni-failover-message-seen-reports` (webhook)

For each message that you send out, we can send you a seen report. For this to work you need to have an endpoint to forward the reports to. Please provide the endpoint’s URL to your Account Manager and they will set it up for you. Once the setup is complete, we will be able to deliver the [reports](https://www.infobip.com/docs/essentials/response-status-and-error-codes) to you in real time. Alternatively you can specify the endpoint per each message via the `notifyUrl` parameter. Contact support@infobip.com if you require help. Use one URL for all report types.

  - `results` E204fb2d0d1568cbfe90b245006e95aab18e580484154f085b8348d2e991bc11SeenReport[]: Collection of reports, one per every received message.
    - `messageId` string: The ID of the sent message.
    - `from` string: Number which sent the message.
    - `to` string: Sender provided during the activation process.
    - `sendAt` string, date-time: Tells when the message was sent.
    - `seenAt` string, date-time: Tells when the message was seen.
    - `contact` 8a2ea8872469b182f7474a94d4bf931da42a6e2a1d1ba07898b1bc7dcdc85cd2Contact: Contact information. Exists in case of WhatsApp Message.
      - `name` string: Contact name.
      - `phoneNumber` string: Sender's phone number.
      - `userId` string: User ID.
      - `parentUserId` string: Parent user ID.
      - `username` string: Username.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Your server returns this code if it accepts the callback.
