# Receive email delivery reports

`POST receive-email-delivery-reports` (webhook)

Here you can configure an endpoint via the `notifyUrl` parameter that will receive a delivery report each time an email is sent out. Alternatively, you can also provide the endpoint’s URL to Customer support and they will set it up for you.

    - `entityId` string: Used when specifying an entity in outbound send requests. It is also returned in notification events. For detailed usage, refer to the [documentation](https://www.infobip.com/docs/cpaas-x/application-and-entity-management).
    - `applicationId` string: Used when specifying an application in outbound send requests. It is also returned in notification events. For detailed usage, refer to the [documentation](https://www.infobip.com/docs/cpaas-x/application-and-entity-management).
    - `campaignReferenceId` string: ID of a campaign that was sent in the message.
    - `bulkId` string: The ID that uniquely identifies a list of email messages. This is either defined by user in the request or auto generated.
    - `price` 34438aa163eb13a2a06ad96ae98170e41cc2ee8902e8b7655aba73ceb0bb23f1PriceInfo: Sent email price.
      - `pricePerMessage` number, double: Price per message.
      - `currency` string: The currency in which the price is expressed.
    - `status` 34438aa163eb13a2a06ad96ae98170e41cc2ee8902e8b7655aba73ceb0bb23f1EmailStatus: Indicates whether the email is successfully sent, not sent, delivered, not delivered, waiting for delivery or any other possible status.
      - `id` integer: Status ID.
      - `groupId` integer: Status group ID.
      - `groupName` string: Group name for the status.
      - `name` string: Status name.
      - `description` string: Human-readable description of the status.
    - `error` 34438aa163eb13a2a06ad96ae98170e41cc2ee8902e8b7655aba73ceb0bb23f1ErrorInfo: Indicates whether the error occurred during the query execution.
      - `id` integer: Error ID.
      - `name` string: Error name.
      - `description` string: Human-readable description of the error.
      - `groupId` integer: Error group ID.
      - `groupName` string: Error group name.
      - `permanent` boolean: Indicates whether the error is permanent.
    - `messageId` string: The ID that uniquely identifies the email sent to the recipient.
    - `doneAt` string, date-time: Delivery date and time.
    - `smsCount` integer: The number of emails sent.
    - `sentAt` string, date-time: Send date and time. Has the following format: `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ`.
    - `attemptCount` integer: Number of times delivery was attempted for the email.
    - `timeToFirstAttempt` integer: This is the time in milliseconds between accepting the request and making the first delivery attempt to the destination.
    - `browserLink` string: Contains the link to the HTML sent to recipient. This will be present only if the _view in browser_ feature is used in the email. (Please note that this feature is not activated automatically for Email traffic sent over API. If you would like to utilize it please reach out to your Infobip person of contact.)
    - `sendingIp` string: The IP address that was used to send out the email.
    - `smtp` 34438aa163eb13a2a06ad96ae98170e41cc2ee8902e8b7655aba73ceb0bb23f1SmtpInfo: SMTP details for the sent email.
      - `response` string: SMTP server response for the sent email.
    - `callbackData` string: Callback data sent through `callbackData` field in fully featured email.
    - `to` string: Destination email address.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Your server returns this code if it accepts the callback.
