# Upload audio files

`POST /voice/masking/1/upload`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/voice/masking/1/upload`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic

> **Deprecated.**

This method allows uploading audio files that can be used on the Infobip Voice platform. The method accepts either a URL or a Base64-encoded audio file in the request body. Providing both or neither will cause the request to be rejected. The file will be removed if it is not used for 90 days.

## Request body

  - `url` string: URL of the audio file to upload. Max size is 4MB. The accepted file format is mp3.
  - `content` string, byte: Base64-encoded audio file content, provided instead of a URL. Max size is 4MB. The accepted file format is mp3.

  - `fileId` string: Id of the uploaded audio file.
