# Submit Brand Identity Appeal

`POST /number-registration/1/brands/{brandId}/appeal`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/number-registration/1/brands/{brandId}/appeal`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic

Submit an appeal for a 10DLC brand with REJECTED registration status.
Appeal can be submitted inside 45 calendar days after rejection happen.
Only one pending appeal per brand is allowed at a time.
Charges apply only if the appeal is processed by TCR. Appeals rejected internally are not charged and can be resubmitted.

## Path parameters

- `brandId` string, uuid, required: The ID of the desired brand.

## Request body

- 2700ea5ecfd0574f21019319e90eb63416ede8263eab67e466c718c51cd1a77aBrandAppealRequest: Request body for submitting a brand appeal.
  - `explanation` string: Optional explanation supporting the appeal. Maximum 1024 characters.
  - `documents` 2700ea5ecfd0574f21019319e90eb63416ede8263eab67e466c718c51cd1a77aAppealDocument[], required: List of supporting documents attached to the appeal.
    - `documentId` string, uuid, required: ID of the previously uploaded document.
    - `documentType` 'IRS_CP575' | 'OTHER': Classification of the document type. Defaults to OTHER if not specified.

## Response `202`

Accepted

- 2700ea5ecfd0574f21019319e90eb63416ede8263eab67e466c718c51cd1a77aBrandAppealResponse: Response returned after successfully submitting a brand identity appeal.
  - `appealId` string, uuid: Unique identifier assigned to the submitted appeal.

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `429`: Too Many Requests
- `500`: Internal Server Error
