# Get interaction memory

`GET /context/1/memories/interaction/{interactionId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/context/1/memories/interaction/{interactionId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic

Returns the interaction memory for the given interactionId within the calling account, including its topics and facts. Returns 404 if no such interaction memory exists.

## Path parameters

- `interactionId` string, uuid, required: UUID of a single interaction.

## Response `200`

OK - the interaction memory with the given interactionId

  - `interactionId` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier of the source interaction.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp (UTC, ISO-8601) when the memory was first persisted.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp (UTC, ISO-8601) when the memory was last updated.
  - `summary` string, nullable: Free-text summary of the interaction. May be `null` if a summary was not produced yet.
  - `sentiment` string, nullable: Classified sentiment of the interaction. May be `null` if not yet classified.
  - `facts` 284df221d4ea79ba964b452422482b56ed35030dc947e42a2c1842f66361972cInteractionFactApiResponse[], required: Structured facts extracted from the interaction. Empty list if no facts were extracted.
    - `name` string, required: Fact name or identifier.
    - `value` string, required: Fact value.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp (UTC, ISO-8601) when the fact was first persisted.
  - `memoryTopic` 284df221d4ea79ba964b452422482b56ed35030dc947e42a2c1842f66361972cMemoryTopicApiResponse, nullable: Interaction-level outcome and the list of individual topics covered.
    - `outcome` string, required: Interaction-level outcome value aggregated from the topics.
    - `outcomeReason` string, required: Explanation of the interaction-level outcome.
    - `topics` 284df221d4ea79ba964b452422482b56ed35030dc947e42a2c1842f66361972cTopicApiResponse[], required: Individual topics classified within this interaction.
      - `topic` string, required: Specific topic label.
      - `outcome` string, required: Topic-level outcome value.
      - `outcomeReason` string, required: Explanation of the topic outcome.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found - no interaction memory exists for the given interactionId
- `429`: Too Many Requests
- `500`: Internal Server Error
