# Get agent configuration

`GET /ccca/1/agent-configs/{agentId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/ccca/1/agent-configs/{agentId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`

Use this method to retrieve the current agent-specific configuration.

    - `fileMetadata` B979cda441a7c661201042835d7dc18eaec3fa68a2905164912469051f8b8866BackgroundFileMetadataApiModel: Background file metadata in case of virtual background.
      - `fileId` string, required: Id of specified background image file.
      - `fileName` string, required: Name of specified background image file.
      - `fileSize` integer: Size in bytes of specified background image file.
      - `fileUrl` string, required: File url of specified background image file.
  - `wrapUpSeconds` integer: Wrap up length in seconds specific to the agent. Null if not set, in which case account wrap up time should be used. <a href="https://www.infobip.com/docs/conversations/calls#wrap-up-window-agent-guide" target="_blank">More info</a>.
