# Create outbound call conversation

`POST /ccaas/voice/2/outbound-call-conversation`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/ccaas/voice/2/outbound-call-conversation`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`

Use this method to create a conversation associated with an outbound call. Expected usage is to trigger this endpoint and then start a call using the RTC SDK callConversations method. The created conversation ID is required when using the callConversations method to trigger an outbound call.   - `from` string, required: DID number that is used to originate the call. DID numbers can be configured through the portal, or using the 'Purchase a number' endpoint.
  - `to` string, required: Destination number.
  - `agentId` string, required: Id of the agent originating the call.
  - `voiceClientType` 'PSTN' | 'WEBRTC' | 'WHATSAPP' | 'VIBER' | 'LIVE_CHAT': Voice client type of the destination number.
