# Get agent

`GET /ccaas/1/agents/{agentId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/ccaas/1/agents/{agentId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic

  - `id` string: Agent ID.
  - `displayName` string, required: Agent name to be displayed.
  - `status` 'ACTIVE' | 'BUSY' | 'INVISIBLE' | 'AWAY': Agent availability.
  - `availability` 'ACTIVE' | 'BUSY' | 'INVISIBLE' | 'AWAY': Agent availability.
  - `role` 'AGENT' | 'SUPERVISOR': Agent role.
  - `enabled` boolean: Agent enabled/disabled toggle.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Time stamp when agent is created.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Time stamp when agent is last updated.
  - `email` string: Agent email address.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
