# Create SIP trunk

`POST /calls/1/sip-trunks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/calls/1/sip-trunks`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`

Create a SIP trunk. Fields not sent in request body will take default values. This operation is asynchronous. The SIP trunk will be created in the background.

  - `type` 'STATIC' | 'REGISTERED' | 'PROVIDER' | 'AUTHENTICATED': SIP trunk type.
  - `name` string, required: SIP trunk name.
  - `location` 'SAO_PAULO' | 'BOGOTA' | 'FRANKFURT' | 'SWEDEN' | 'JOHANNESBURG' | 'NEW_YORK' | 'PORTLAND' | 'MOSCOW' | 'SINGAPORE' | 'ISTANBUL' | 'KUALA_LUMPUR': SIP trunk location.
  - `internationalCallsAllowed` boolean: Indicates whether international calls should be allowed. Calls between different countries are considered international.
  - `channelLimit` integer, required: Maximum number of concurrent channels.
  - `billingPackage` 4527871876f1b326359cd9e5dcf777f0ecc3c5fde89b1e88f0c154b298b67611BillingPackage, required: Billing package.
    - `packageType` 'METERED' | 'UNLIMITED', required: Billing package type.
    - `countryCode` string: Country code. Currently, only `USA` is supported and required for the `UNLIMITED` package type.
    - `addressId` string: ID of SIP trunk address.

## Response `202`

Create SIP trunk request accepted.
