# Update domain verification

`PUT /calls/1/sip-trunks/{sipTrunkId}/txt-records`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.infobip.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.infobip.com/calls/1/sip-trunks/{sipTrunkId}/txt-records`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - API key in header `Authorization`
  - HTTP basic
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials
    - Token URL: `https://api.infobip.com/auth/1/oauth2/token`

Update the verification code for an existing domain. Use this when your service provider issues a new verification code or you need to update the verification settings for a domain.

## Path parameters

- `sipTrunkId` string, required

## Request body

  - `fqdn` string, required: The domain name you want to verify for your SIP trunk.
  - `value` string, required: The verification code provided by your service provider.

## Response `200`

Domain verification updated successfully.

  - `trunkId` string: SIP trunk ID.

    - `fqdn` string: The verified domain name.
    - `value` string: The verification code for this domain.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: Date and time when domain verification was set up (Example: 2026-09-07T13:40:11.072+0000).
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Date and time when domain verification was last updated (Example: 2026-09-07T13:40:11.072+0000).

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
- `429`: Too Many Requests
- `500`: Internal Server Error
