Create an Azure DNS Connection.

## Request body

- object
  - `method` 'client-secret', required: The method used to authenticate with Azure DNS.
  - `credentials` object, required: The credentials used to connect with Azure DNS.
    - `tenantId` string, required: Tenant ID must be a valid GUID
    - `clientId` string, required: Client ID must be a valid GUID
    - `clientSecret` string, required
    - `subscriptionId` string, required: Subscription ID must be a valid GUID
    - `clientSecretKeyId` string: The Key ID of the client secret in Azure AD. Required when enabling credential rotation so the original secret can be revoked.
  - `name` string, required: The name of the Azure DNS Connection to create. Must be slug-friendly.
  - `description` string, nullable: An optional description for the Azure DNS Connection.
  - `projectId` string: The ID of the project to create the Azure DNS Connection in.
  - `isPlatformManagedCredentials` false: Not supported for Azure DNS Connections.
  - `gatewayId` 'null', nullable: Not supported for Azure DNS Connections.
  - `gatewayPoolId` 'null', nullable: Not supported for Azure DNS Connections.
  - `isAutoRotationEnabled` boolean: Whether or not automatic credential rotation is enabled for the Azure DNS Connection.
  - `rotation` object: The credential rotation configuration for the Azure DNS Connection.
    - `rotationInterval` integer, required: The interval in days between credential rotations.
    - `rotateAtUtc` object, required
      - `hours` integer, required: The hour (0-23) at which to rotate (UTC timezone).
      - `minutes` integer, required: The minute (0-59) at which to rotate (UTC timezone).
