# Generate hosted ToS acceptance link

`POST /v1/tos/generate`

Creates a ToS acceptance record for the customer and returns a hosted verify URL for a human to complete agreements. The agent or API integration must not call the accept endpoint on the human’s behalf.

  - `customerId` string, required: Customer ID for whom the hosted acceptance link is created
  - `verificationSessionId` string: Optional verification session to scope agreement flags (e.g. UBO vs business)

## Response `201`

Hosted acceptance link created

- GenerateTosLinkResponseDto
  - `id` string, required: ToS acceptance ID (tos_…)
  - `acceptanceUrl` string, required: Hosted URL for a human to review and accept agreements in a browser

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication credentials
