Screen a blockchain address without authentication.

Anonymous callers get 10 requests/hour. Pass an API key (X-API-Key header
or Authorization: Bearer <key>) to use your plan's rate limit instead.

Does NOT create a compliance record and is NOT billed. For auditable
compliance records use POST /v1/screen instead.

  - `chain` string, nullable: Chain hint: ethereum, bitcoin, tron, solana, etc.
