Public data-freshness / coverage report — powers the Trust Center.

Read-only aggregate counts and last-refreshed timestamps per data source.
Compliance teams ask "how current is your OFAC data?" during diligence;
this answers it with live numbers instead of static marketing copy.
Defensive by design: each query is guarded so the endpoint never 500s —
it returns whatever it can. `added_at` on sanctions_entries is bumped on
every sync, so MAX(added_at) is a true last-refresh time.
