`GET /api/v1/cases/{case_id}/sar/export`

Read-only FinCEN BSA E-Filing SAR-shaped JSON export of a case.

This is a TEMPLATE. We do NOT submit to FinCEN. Fields the customer must
fill before filing are marked with `null` and listed in `_customer_fill`
so a downstream filer (or human compliance officer) can complete them.

Field naming follows the FinCEN SAR XML schema element names (camelCase
where the official schema uses CamelCase) so the export can be mapped
1:1 against the official spec at:
  https://www.fincen.gov/sites/default/files/shared/FinCEN_SAR_XMLSchemaUserGuide.pdf

Note: this is our best-effort mirror. Authoritative filing uses BSA
E-Filing System (https://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/) and is the
customer's responsibility.
