Retrieve a paginated list of payouts.

## Query parameters

- `country` 'ARGENTINA' | 'BRAZIL' | 'MEXICO' | 'PARAGUAY' | 'PERU' | 'COLOMBIA' | 'CHILE' | 'EUROPE' | 'GLOBAL' | 'BOLIVIA' | 'UNITED_KINGDOM'
- `page_number` integer: Default: 1
- `page_size` integer: Default: 50
- `payout_id` string: Payout ID
- `include_child_companies` boolean: If set to true, include payouts by any child companies of the authenticated company. Default: false.
- `date_from` string: Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The filter is applied to the startDate field, and dates are considered in UTC.
- `date_to` string: Format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The filter is applied to the startDate field, and dates are considered in UTC.
