`GET /v1/results`

## Request

## Query parameters

- `date` string, nullable: UTC kickoff date YYYY-MM-DD
- `team` string, nullable: case-insensitive substring on either team
- `league` string, nullable: case-insensitive substring on the league name
- `limit` integer: max results (most-recent-first)

  - `count` integer, required: Number of results returned.
  - `results` MatchResult[]
    - `event_id` string, required: Canonical event id (evt_…).
    - `sport` string, nullable: football | basketball.
    - `league` string, nullable: League name.
    - `home_team` string, nullable: Home team name.
    - `away_team` string, nullable: Away team name.
    - `scheduled_at` string, nullable: Kickoff, ISO-8601 UTC.
    - `score` Score
      - `home` integer, required
      - `away` integer, required
    - `red_cards` Score
      - `home` integer, required
      - `away` integer, required
    - `finished_at` string, required: When this result was first recorded as finished (ISO-8601 UTC).
  - `note` string, nullable: Set when 0 results but the queried fixture exists and hasn't finished: its current status, so an empty list isn't mistaken for 'no such match'.
