# List Results

`POST /v1/mcp/list_results`

## Request body

- ListResultsRequest
  - `date` string, nullable: Filter by UTC kickoff date 'YYYY-MM-DD' (the day the match was played).
  - `team` string, nullable: Case-insensitive substring matched against either team name.
  - `league` string, nullable: Case-insensitive substring matched against the league name.
  - `limit` integer: Max results (most-recent-first).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ListResultsResult: Finished-match results from the 30-day cache, most-recent-first.
  - `count` integer, required: Number of results returned.
  - `results` ResultEntry[]
    - `event_id` string, required: Canonical event id (evt_…).
    - `sport` string, nullable: football | basketball.
    - `league` string, nullable: League name.
    - `home_team` string, nullable: Home team name.
    - `away_team` string, nullable: Away team name.
    - `scheduled_at` string, nullable: Kickoff, ISO-8601 UTC.
    - `score` Score
      - `home` integer, required
      - `away` integer, required
    - `red_cards` Score
      - `home` integer, required
      - `away` integer, required
    - `finished_at` string, required: When this result was first recorded as finished (ISO-8601 UTC).
  - `note` string, nullable: Set when 0 results but the queried fixture exists and hasn't finished: its current status, so an empty list isn't mistaken for 'no such match'.
