# Send a sample signed event (FREE)

`POST /webhooks/{id}/test`

Sends a sample event (flagged `"test": true`) shaped for one of the endpoint's subscribed types — pass `{"event_type": "..."}` to pick one, default is the first subscribed type. Never consumes credits.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

{ delivered, error, credits_charged: 0 }. error is null on success, else delivery_failed; the destination status code is not returned.
