# Exact price of resizing a VPS

`GET /services/{id}/resize/quote`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Prices giving a configurable VPS more vCPUs, memory or disk: the billing system's own
pro-rated amount to the next due date (the figure the invoice carries), one line per
size that grows, what the VPS renews at afterwards, whether the balance covers it, when
each part takes effect, and the exact `order` body for `POST /services/{id}/resize`.
Pass only the sizes that change. Nothing is ordered. The refusals are the resize's.

## Other responses

- `400`: A size below the current one, out of range, not a whole number or above what the vCPU count allows; a location, OS, app, billing cycle or product sent; or not a configurable VPS
- `404`: No such VPS on this account
- `409`: `NO_CHANGE`, `SERVICE_NOT_ACTIVE` or `UPGRADE_IN_PROGRESS`
