# Apply the reviewed image promotion

`POST /platform/deployments/custom/promotions/{id}/apply`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Deploy scope and explicit confirmation. Atomically updates the selected image and commits one deploy job and receipt. Changed source/destination, expiry or changed rules refuse before dispatch. Repeating an accepted ID/digest returns its receipt. May interrupt traffic; does not revert data writes.

Accepted command receipt and replayed flag; not deployment completion

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid confirmation or request fields
- `404`: Promotion or current application ownership unavailable
- `409`: Expired
- `422`: Unsupported target configuration
- `503`: Read saved promotion before retrying; no success is confirmed
