`GET /platform/deployments/custom/plans`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Read scope. Latest 20 account-owned plans, including current lifecycle status. Plans do not reserve capacity or extend source retention.

## Response `200`

Success envelope with data.plans and data.limit. Plan metadata includes source identity, inventory, analysis, inspection_revision and expiry.
