# Restore a retained app release (agent 0.6.0+)

`POST /platform/deployments/{id}/rollback`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1/platform/deployments/{id}/rollback`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Requires manage scope, compatible agent release report and explicit confirmation.
target_version is an exact rel_ snapshot ID from release_history with rollback_supported=true.
Queues a rollback; 202 does not prove restoration. Inspect subsequent history.
Agent validates local retention, images and unchanged ports/storage/routing before replacement.
Requires a healthy current runtime for recovery. Does not revert databases or mutable data.

Queued; returns command_id, deployment_id, target_version and status updating

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid target or missing explicit confirmation

- `409`: Unsupported release report or another operation is in progress
