# Restart a deployment's containers

`POST /platform/deployments/{id}/restart`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1/platform/deployments/{id}/restart`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Runs `docker compose restart` on the agent. Status transiently
flips to `installing` while the containers come back up.

## Response `202`

Restart enqueued

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid or missing API credentials
- `404`: Resource not found
- `409`: Request would violate a unique constraint or state precondition
