`GET /platform/deployments/{id}/logs/requests/{requestId}/stream`

Read scope. The Server-Sent Events variant of the read: an `open` event, a `chunk` event per shipped chunk (frame id = chunk id), a `done` event with the terminal status, heartbeat comments, and a `timeout` event at the per-connection budget (~55 s) — reconnect with ?after=<next_offset> to continue losing nothing. Event-stream correctness behind real Apache/edge/onion hops (buffering, idle timeouts) is validated separately; the polling route above is the path that always works.
