`GET /platform/deployments/{id}/logs/requests/{requestId}`

Read scope. Offset-paged read of one log request owned by this account and naming this deployment: status (pending, streaming, complete, failed, expired), final, the chunks after `after` (oldest first, up to 1000) and next_offset. Chunks are NEVER consumed by reading — a poller, an SSE reader and a reconnect all see the same buffered chunks until expiry.
