`GET /platform/deployments/{deployment_id}/pitr`

Point-in-time recovery status of a managed PostgreSQL application: enabled state, drain cadence, kept base backups with their start WAL segments and timestamps, last drain (the RPO signal), last drill outcome and any consecutive failures. Requires read scope.

- `deployment_id` string, required: The managed PostgreSQL provider.

- `404`: Owned resource not found
- `409`: Not a managed PostgreSQL application
