`GET /platform/config-promotions/{id}`

Read scope. A saved configuration promotion review and its accepted receipt: status ready_for_review, accepted, expired or stale. Names only — never values.

Saved review and optional receipt

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input
- `403`: Required scope missing
- `404`: Resource or current ownership unavailable
- `503`: Storage unavailable; read before retrying
