# Apply point-in-time restore

`POST /pitr-restores/{pitr_plan_id}/apply`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Apply the exact reviewed recovery after user confirmation with confirm=true and review_digest. Queues the scratch-cluster replay and then the verified logical restore into the reviewed NEW database; the current one keeps serving and is never overwritten. Acceptance is not verified completion. Repeating the same plan returns its receipt without a second job. Requires deploy scope.
