# Read private AI activity with an explicit owner grant

## Request

F58.15 increment 1 is under private review. The operator feature gate
defaults to off; a disabled installation does not register this route.
Requires an active currently owner-authorized root API key, a non-legacy
read-capable scope, and the owner's explicit activity-read grant. AI
designation or ordinary read scope alone is insufficient. Every confined
MCP credential is denied. No MCP ledger-reading tool is introduced.

Returns registered tool, verified primary object kind/internal ID or null,
closed result code, and UTC minute. No arguments, outputs, secrets, IP,
user-agent or user text. Retention defaults to seven days, owner selectable
from one to thirty days or zero (off). Off immediately hides rows and stops
recording; cleanup and re-enable cannot resurrect old history. Physical
deletion is bounded and may resume at the next daily cleanup.

Account selectors, extra query fields and every request body are forbidden.
Cursors are opaque and resolved only within the authenticated account and
current retention window. Responses use private, no-store caching. A
pending/unknown event requires checking the operation before retrying;
accepted does not certify completion of queued work. Created-object
provenance and badges remain a separate unfinished increment.

- `401`: Inactive or unauthenticated credential
- `403`: Missing explicit current-owner root capability
