# Consume human approval and submit an existing VPS reinstall

`POST /host/plans/{id}/apply`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1/host/plans/{id}/apply`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Requires exact plan_id, plan_digest and approval_id. Drift, revocation,
expiry, replay and missing durable audit refuse dispatch. AI cannot
grant or approve. Partial dispatch requires reconciliation, never retry.
Enrolled credentials cannot bypass this through legacy reinstall.

## Response `200`

Provider submission stored; poll the plan to reconcile

## Other responses

- `409`: Approval
- `502`: Partial effect; reconcile provider
- `503`: Durable admission storage unavailable
