# Purchase ID Protection

`POST /domains/{domain}/id-protection`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1/domains/{domain}/id-protection`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Activates ID Protection (WHOIS Privacy) for a registered domain.
Creates an invoice and pays from account credit balance.
Price is based on the TLD addon pricing configured in the system.

- `domain` string, required

## Response `201`

ID Protection activated

## Other responses

- `409`: Already active or insufficient balance
