# Set PTR for a specific IP

`PUT /dedicated/{serviceId}/ips/{ip}/rdns`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.imprezahost.com/v1/dedicated/{serviceId}/ips/{ip}/rdns`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-API-Secret`

Applied synchronously on most services. On services where the PTR
cannot be updated through an automated path, the response is
`{status: "queued", message: "..."}` and our team applies the
change manually within a few hours.
