Say the voice call exists, to a caller allowed to know that.

looking-glass's show-or-hide-the-button signal, and the whole client-side
dark mechanism: a 404 means no button.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GoalVoiceProbeResponse — What a caller allowed through the voice gate learns: that it is there. Deliberately says nothing else. The model slug belongs to a confidential alpha, and a probe is a show-or-hide-the-button signal, not a place to describe the machinery behind it.
