# Submit the assembled answer

`POST /api/workshop/submit`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.immersivecommons.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Enrollment-code bearer. Comparison is whitespace-trimmed but CASE-SENSITIVE, because skills like `upper` and `lower` legitimately differentiate case. First-correct-wins is atomic, so a correct-but-late submission still answers `correct:true` with `first:false`. A wrong answer is a 200 carrying a length hint, not an error.

- WorkshopSubmitRequest
  - `assembled` string, required: The recipe outputs joined by the separator. Trimmed, but compared CASE-SENSITIVELY.

## Response `200`

The verdict. Read `correct` and `first`, not the HTTP status.

- WorkshopSubmitResponse
  - `ok` boolean, required
  - `correct` boolean, required
  - `first` boolean: Correct but late still answers correct:true with first:false.
  - `winner` object, nullable: The sanitized winner record.
  - `hint` object: Present on a wrong answer. A wrong answer is a 200, not an error.
    - `length` integer
    - `expected_length` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Body is not JSON, or `assembled` is missing.
- `401`: Missing, malformed, or unknown enrollment code.
