# Forward WebRTC offer

`POST /v2/realtime/webrtc/offer`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Forward WebRTC SDP offer to establish media connection.

## Request body

- WebRTCOfferRequest: Request model for forwarding WebRTC SDP offer.
  - `session_id` string, required: Active session identifier
  - `sdp` string, required: SDP offer string
  - `type` string: SDP type (usually 'offer')

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- WebRTCOfferResponse: Response model containing SDP answer.
  - `session_id` string, required: Session identifier
  - `sdp` string, required: SDP answer string
  - `type` string, required: SDP type (usually 'answer')

## Other responses

- `410`: The server holding this session restarted or went away, and the session ended with it. The body carries `{"code": "session_node_gone"}`. Start a new session; retrying this one will not help.
- `422`: Validation Error
