# Merge Face

`PUT /v1/videos/{video_id}/faces`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai/v1/videos/{video_id}/faces`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Merge multiple face detections into a single face to remove duplicates from a video.

## Path parameters

- `video_id` string, required: The unique video ID of the video.

## Request body `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`

- BodyMergeFaceV1VideosVideoIdFacesPut
  - `selected_face_id` integer, required: The unique face ID of the face in the video to be selected.
  - `merge_face_id` string, required: A comma-separated list of unique face IDs of the faces in the video to be merged.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- MergeResponse: Response model for merging video/audio content. Attributes: message (str): Status message about the merge result.
  - `message` string, required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
