# Update Speaker Names

`PUT /v1/audios/{audio_id}/speakers/names`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai/v1/audios/{audio_id}/speakers/names`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Update the names of detected speakers in an audio file. This is useful for labeling anonymized
speaker IDs with human-readable names (e.g., "John", "Customer", "Agent").

## Path parameters

- `audio_id` string, required: Unique identifier of the audio file

## Request body

- SpeakerUpdate[]: List of speaker ID and name pairs to update
  - `speaker_id` integer, required
  - `name` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SpeakerUpdateResponse: Response model after updating speakers. Attributes: speakers (List[SpeakerUpdate]): List of updated speakers.
  - `speakers` SpeakerUpdate[], required
    - `speaker_id` integer, required
    - `name` string, required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
